The fabrication technology of the microchannel refrigeration film makes the cooling water channel of the upper and lower layers of the copper heat sink in the 1.5mm thick copper heat sink. The cooling water flows away the heat of the laser instantly and greatly prolongs the life of the laser. In the micro-channel water-cooled heat sink on the semiconductor laser chip package, so that the power output of single-chip laser can reach 100W per piece, a significant increase in the stack of laser power density.
