Near Infrared Tunable Diode Laser 1548 nm DPSS Laser
The near infrared tunable diode laser shall be designed and built to meet the following minimum requirements:
1.Mode-hop free fine tuning range of 120-150 pm from the center wavelength
2.Mode-hop free wide tuning range of at least 50 nm
3.Center wavelength of operation at 1548 nm
4.Free-space output power of at least 25 mW at any wavelength within the tuning range
5.The laser head should have an FC/APC PM fiber connector attached to it
6.Fiber-coupled output power of at least 12 mW at any wavelength within the tuning range
7.Tuning speed of at least 15 nm/s
8.Linewidth of at least 200 kHz
9.Wavelength stability of 1-3 pm over 1 hour
10.Power variations of 0.5-1.5% over 1 hour
11.Better than 30 dB isolation
- The laser unit should have a wide range motorized tuning mechanism
- The laser unit should have a fine range piezo tuning mechanism
The entire system should include a low-noise controller
