The SDDC series DFB laser driver board has a compact design, integrated LD driver and TEC high-precision temperature control, and supports two DFB lasers with different pin definitions in the communication industry and industrial laser industry. It is an ideal driving source for DFB lasers. The LD drive part of the drive board can reach 2A, with analog and modulation signal interfaces, and the analog modulation speed can range from 100kHz to CW. The design accuracy of the LD temperature control part can reach 0.01 degrees. The parameters of this board can be factory set according to customer requirements, including rated current, default set temperature, and TEC rated current and voltage.
