2.5Gbps 1650nm DFB Laser uncooled TO package with aspherical lens

The series coaxial TO lasers are uncooled semiconductor distributed-Feedback(DFB) laser working at 1650nm wavelengths. The device is delivered in a TO56 package with a monitor photodiode. This high performance and high reliability laser is suitable for applications up to 2.5 Gb/s in fiber optic links or local networks.
