Product Overview

This equipment is a 1550nm continuous-wave fiber laser with integrated air-cooled structure. It features narrow spectral linewidth and excellent beam quality, equipped with standard SMA905 fiber output connector. Widely applied in fiber optic sensing, infrared optical testing, LiDAR, precision scientific research, infrared illumination and other fields. Compact size with 24V low-voltage DC power supply, stable operation and industrial-grade service life.

Safety & Operation Notes

  1. Operate the equipment only in well-ventilated environments between 10℃ and 35℃; do not block cooling air vents.

  2. Never look directly into the laser output port. Wear 1550nm IR laser safety goggles during operation.

  3. Do not sharply bend or pull the SMA905 output fiber cable with force.

  4. Power the laser with stabilized 24V DC power supply; voltage fluctuation shall not exceed ±10%.

  5. Store the laser in dry and dust-free environment to prevent moisture and dust from entering the laser cavity.

More information about the applications:

 The application is absorption testing of coatings. Customers use the laser for generating a thermal lens on the test sample. This thermal lens is measured to calculate the absorption.
