DKDP or KDP KD*P Crystals Customized Shapes and Size

Add to Cart:

DKDP and Potassium Dideuterium Phosphate (KD*P ) are the most widely used commercial NLO materials. They have good UV transmission, high damage threshold, and high birefringence, with low NLO coefficients. They are used for doubling, tripling and quadrupling of a Nd:YAG laser. They are also excellent electro-optic crystals with high electro-optic coefficients, used as electro-optical modulators.

All theseáCrystals are customized, we can make them according to your requirements.

Growing of the DKDP crystals

The growing of the DKDP crystals is extremely sophisticated and complicated. BeamQ have developed kinds of controlled system,which makes DKDP crystals stable in quality.á

Inspection for DKDP crystals:

Green laser to inspect the scatters,
The bright incandescent lamp to inspection the internal stria, internal defects,
Polarizer instrument to find the stress and strias.

SHG (doubling frequency),
THG (tripling frequency) and FHG (quadrupling frequency) for Nd:YAG lasers,
Electro-optical modulators, Q-switches or Pockels Cells.
Following crystals are available:

DKDP blanks;
Laser grade polished DKDP crystals;
AR coated or metal electrode coated crystals; á
DKDP Pockels Cell or Q-swithesá
